1. Information we collect
We collect the email address you register with, authentication data, billing records for credit purchases, and usage metadata (request counts, timestamps, and the models you call) needed to operate the Service.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to authenticate you, meter usage against your credit balance, provide support, detect abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Prompt and completion content
Requests are proxied to upstream model providers to generate responses. We do not use your prompts or completions to train our own models. Each upstream provider handles content under its own policy.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Anajak Lab (payment processing, model inference, infrastructure) and only as needed to deliver the Service, or where required by law.
5. Security
Credentials are stored hashed, API keys are transmitted over TLS, and access is scoped to your account. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your keys confidential.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data. Deleting your account removes your credentials and stops further billing, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
