1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Anajak Lab (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One key unlocks every model on your plan; treat it like a password.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or generate content prohibited by the underlying model providers. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or non-payment.
4. Credits and billing
Usage is metered against prepaid credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and model availability may change; material changes will be reflected in your dashboard.
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for upstream provider outages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
